My Professional Journey
In May 2014, I graduated with my Bachelors in Rehabilitation Services at Emporia State University. During my undergraduate years, I interned at the Mental Health Center of East Central Kansas. I worked with children classified as Severely Emotionally Disturbed (SED) and also in the SED Waiver Program office. In the summer of 2014, I entered the Clinical Counseling Graduate Program at Emporia State. Upon graduating with my masters, I am hoping to work as a crisis counselor in a university setting.
